Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the checkout at payments.siliconchats.com ("SiliconChats", "we"), a trading name of VERIFIEDCRUDE LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By completing a payment here, you agree to them. They govern the payment step only. The sale itself is governed by the terms of EuroPurePep, the store your order was placed with.

What SiliconChats is

SiliconChats is the checkout used by EuroPurePep. It is not a payment provider, it is not offered to unrelated businesses, and it exists so that payment pages are served from one hardened place rather than rebuilt inside a storefront. The contract of sale, including price, product description, delivery and returns, is with EuroPurePep, and their terms govern it.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe and, where offered, Revolut, under their own terms of service. We never see or store your full card number. A charge is only made once you confirm payment; you will always see the merchant name and total amount before you pay.

Order bumps and add-ons

Where a store offers an optional add-on (an "order bump") during checkout, it is presented unchecked by default and is only added to your order and charged if you actively select it before paying.

Refunds, returns and order issues

Refunds, returns, cancellations, warranty and delivery issues are handled by the store you purchased from, under their own policy — contact them using the details on your order confirmation email. Where a store instructs us to process a refund on their behalf, we will refund the original payment method via Stripe/Revolut; the refund policy itself (whether you're entitled to one) is set by the store, not by us.

Errors and payment failures

If a payment fails, is duplicated, or an order is created with incorrect information due to a technical error on our side, contact us and we'll investigate and correct it, including reversing any duplicate or erroneous charge.

Liability

We are responsible for the security and correct processing of your payment. We are not responsible for the quality, legality, description or delivery of the products or services you purchase — that responsibility sits with the store you bought from.

Changes

We may update these terms as our checkout evolves. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that order.
